This hour-long class uses relaxed concentration with simple rhythms of our breath to steady the mind and awareness. The practices, both ancient and contemporary, are aimed at quieting the mind, resetting our nervous system, reducing pain, supporting digestion, lowering blood pressure, encouraging not only a restful sleep, but also appreciation, love, gratitude, and even heart-rate variability, while in the same breath, diminishing anger, stress and anxiety.
